About SavioBag · since 2025

Good food is cheaper than you think. You just can’t see the prices.

Shops around you discount food every single day and almost nobody finds out. SavioBag collects those prices in one app, so the cheapest good meal near you is never more than a scroll away.

Who we are

A deals app, and nothing more complicated than that.

SavioBag is a marketplace for discounted food. Restaurants, bakeries, cafes and grocery shops post what they want to sell cheap today, at the price they choose. We show it to the people nearby who are deciding what to eat.

You see the item, the photo, the normal price, today’s price and the pickup window before you pay a cent. Discounts typically run from 20% to 50% off.

Shops get a dashboard showing what sold, what it earned, and how many new customers walked through the door because of it.

How the maths works

A cheap price is only cheap if everyone still wins.

A discount is not a favour. A shop with unsold stock has already paid for it, so selling it at a reduced price beats not selling it at all — and a customer who came in for a discounted box often leaves with a coffee too. That’s the whole model.

We take a small commission on each sale. No listing fee, no monthly software charge, no cut of anything a shop sells outside the app.

01

For you

The same food from the same kitchens, at a third of the price, every day of the week.

02

For shops

Stock that was going to sit there turns into revenue, and into customers who come back at full price.

03

For the street

Independent shops compete on price with the big chains without cutting their own margins to do it.

Where we operate

Lebanon today. Qatar tomorrow.

SavioBag is live in Lebanon, where restaurants, bakeries and groceries across Beirut and beyond post their deals to the app every day. Qatar is next — we’re signing up shops now and will open the board there soon.

House rules

The rules we hold ourselves to.

Discount apps get grubby fast: inflated “original” prices, vague listings, subscriptions to unlock the good stuff. Here is what we hold ourselves to instead.

  • Every deal names the item. You know what you’re buying before you buy it.
  • Original prices are the shop’s real menu prices. We check them, and we pull listings that don’t match.
  • The app is free, always. No subscription tier, no paywalled deals.

The board updates all day. Somebody near you just posted something good.
